Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp Resort as described by guests who have stayed here, is situated in a “beautiful” and “incredible” location, which allows you to see great sunsets and “the neighbouring countries from your balcony”. The rooms were reported to be “well maintained” and “incorporated into the surroundings beautifully”. Many who stayed here felt that they could not “praise this resort highly enough”. The food was generally thought to have been “wonderful”. Guests generally commented on the fact that, although “the food was delicious”, the “best part” was “the people that worked there”. The staff at the resort was found by most to really have gone the “extra mile”. The activities offered at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp Resort “outweighed” the expectations of most guests, with many of them reporting that getting to interact with elephants created truly memorable experience to last a lifetime. Several guests have also expressed that they wished they had stayed at the resort for a longer period of time to truly get a taste of everything offered here.

Guests who have vacationed at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp Resort, have reported it to be a “beautiful place” located a little over an hour’s drive from Chiang Rai Airport. The rooms have been described as having great views of “the beautiful mountains and elephants grazing leisurely in the distance”. The bathrooms were generally found to have been “huge”, and the in-room amenities, “superb”. Most guests have applauded the “high quality” of all the food served at the resort, and have also commented positively on the portion sizes of items off the menu. Staff service has been found by most to have been “stellar”, with some commenting that the staff paid attention to guests’ food and beverage preferences throughout the duration of the stay. The resort, being part of an elephant camp, has been reported to offer opportunities to see and pet the elephants resident at the camp, in addition to offering excursions such as ‘sunset elephant rides’.

Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp Resort was described as a ‘’5-star hotel set in an elephant camp’’ which is ‘’perfect in every possible way’’ to ‘’relax and enjoy the elephants’’. The location of the property was said to be ‘’superb’’. ‘’stunning’’, and a ‘’brilliant luxury in the countryside’’ with ‘’amazing’’ views. The rooms ‘’overlooking the grasslands and Mekong river’’ were said to be ‘’extremely spacious, beautifully appointed and had a balcony with expansive views’’. The food served in the restaurant were described to be ‘’delicious’’ and ‘’excellent’’ where ‘’there was plenty of dishes and drinks to choose from’’. The guests had described the staff of the property to be ‘’very friendly’’, ‘’forthcoming’’ and ‘’really good’’. The property which is also mentioned to a ‘’heaven on earth’’ has been ‘’highly recommended’’ for a ‘’child-friendly elephant experience in luxury’’.

Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp Resort has been mentioned by guests who have stayed there as being situated in a “beautiful location” in a jungle area that is “secluded” and therefore “perfect for unwinding”. The resort has been described as having had a “’log cabin’ charm to it”. Guests seem to have especially enjoyed the elephant camp experience, along with the ‘dining by design’ facility that the resort offers, which allowed them to opt for a “simply spectacular” private dinner in the baby elephant camp. The guests also seemed to have felt that the camp was doing a good job, and that “the environment and the careful treatment of the resident elephants is to be admired”. Breakfast has been commended for its “excellent” quality and “wide selection of hot and cold offerings”. The staff was found to have been “very welcoming and helpful”. The accommodation was reviewed as “really good” and comfortable. The staff also received positive comments owing to their hospitality and efficiency. The food was commented upon favourably by guests while the location of the resort was noted to be peaceful and ideal for a relaxing vacation. The leisure activities of this resort were by far the most appreciated aspect of the establishment with guests mentioning that they will come back for another holiday here.

The elephant rides and experiences offered at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort have given a new lease of holidaying for the guests, as they have thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with the large mammals. The mahouts, as well as the hotel staff in general have been very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a truly worthy experience for the guests. Almost all the guests who have stayed at this hotel have been delighted with the experience which they describe is truly unique and special. Out of the many delights the hotel allows the guests to indulge the mahout experience seems to be the favorite among many, followed by the cooking lessons offered at the Spice Spoons. Many have been enthralled by the baby elephant that comes to be fed during breakfast. The property is described as one that is exceptionally beautiful and the staff as wonderfully friendly.
