Guests have appreciated the convenience of reaching the ocean from their respective rooms at the Chaaya Reef Ellaidhoo. The leisure activities provided during the day have been commended, especially diving and snorkeling. The seaplane transfer to the resort has received positive feedback. The spread of food at the resort has been commented on positively. The house reef has been the subject of much praise from guests. The water bungalows and its facilities have been commended. However the in-room internet facility has been looked down upon by a majority of guests saying that it was too weak.
