The rooms at Habarana Village by Cinnamon (formerly Chaaya Village Habarana) have pleased guests, especially since each room opened out into a veranda and garden. The bar area and the views of the pool see positive reactions. However as a drawback one could say that the service of the reception staff has not been appreciated while there were mixed reviews on the overall performance of the hotel staff. The buffet breakfasts and dinners continue to generate favourable feedback from those who have stayed here in the recent past. The setting and location of the property has been commended with guests happy that they could easily reach Sigiriya.
