Facilities at the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo such as riverside bar, swimming pool and Wi-Fi had received plenty of good feedback. Overall guests were very satisfied with the setting of the hotel and have spoken positively about the hotel lobby and the lake views. The staff has been mentioned as being extremely courteous and friendly, especially those at the front desk. However guests had been critical of both the check in and checkout processes saying it was far too long. Food and beverage has been highlighted with some reviews revealing that the options available for dinner were not that good but breakfast has been looked at positively. Guests have said that they would recommend the hotel to others.
