The food and beverage at the Cinnamon Red Colombo has received plenty of positive feedback with guests favouring both the local and Western dishes provided. Guests have been happy with the breakfast spread too. The staff is said to be kind, helpful and well trained. The hotel is mentioned as being a good place to stay in Colombo while guests have commended the standard of the rooms. Plenty of good reviews are seen on the infinity pool as well as city views. A few reviews reveal the fact that guests were happy with how the hotel handled the check in/check out processes. The lack of the room service option and operation of the hotel’s lifts have not pleased most residents.
