Guests who stayed at Desert Palm PER AQUUM thought that it was the “best resort” and the “place is amazing” and “really tranquil”, while being “only half an hour into town”. The hotel has been said to offer “relaxing atmosphere” which gives its guests an “opportunity to relax”. The staff at the hotel “did a great job” and offered “flawless”, “amazing” service. Some guests even commented that they were “treated like royalty”, and that the “attentive” staff were “friendly and warm”. Food served at the hotel was said to be “impeccable” “delightful” and “amazing” with a “good variety of dishes”. Rooms were said to be “spotless” , “absolutely stunning and spacious”. Overall, this “first class hotel” was said to be a “great spot to get away from it all with plenty of privacy”.

Guests who stay at Desert Palm PER AQUUM complimented the hotel as “one of the loveliest and most beautiful” in Dubai. They commented that it was “in the city yet so far away”. The staff at the property were said to be “excellent”, “incredibly friendly”, “helpful” , “charming” and “attentive”. However one guest did comment that during breakfast, the meals took “absolutely ages to bring out the breakfast”. Most other guests though the “service levels are great”, with “very high quality”, making it “outstanding”. The “gorgeous” rooms at the property were “exceptional”, and particular mention was made about the pool villa. Food served at the restaurant was stated to be “great” and of a “very high standard”, although one guest commented that it was “below average”. Overall, a majority of guests though that it was an “amazing and refreshing experience”.
