The Emporium Suites by Chatrium was considered by many to be conveniently or ‘’perfectly’’ located within easy distance to ‘great shopping centres’ & direct access to the metro. Many guests had reviewed the rooms to have been spacious & clean and had come with impressive views. Although the rooms were on a whole thought to be nice, many guests had expressed their displeasure regarding the facilities of the room which were considered a bit ‘aged’ and bathroom amenities were lacking. The staff was thought to have been very responsive & supportive by many guests while quite many others had mentioned that they ‘were not properly trained’. The breakfast served at the resort was seen to be ‘good’ and had come with a wide variety although a few guests had mentioned otherwise. Apart from the usual facilities, most guests seem to have fallen victims of the lifts which were described as ‘painfully slow’.

Guests found it easy to “go shopping and eating” outside the hotel due to its “very convenient” location.”. The hotel is also connected to the BTS station which made its a “breeze to beat the BKK traffic”. Most guests who stayed at the property praised the staff for being “always helpful”, while also stating that they were “very happy with the staff”. The rooms at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium were “beautiful”, “spacious” and “clean”. Guests who stayed here also seemed to like that the rooms were “quiet and private”. The “convenient” location of the property was said to be “excellent”, “fantastic and strategic”, due to close proximity to the mall and BTS station. The “incredible” staff at the property were praised for being “helpful”, “welcoming” and “very friendly”. The rooms at the property were “spacious and clean”, while being “well equipped”, with a “very clean and stylish with a huge bed”. One guest thought the corridor “seems like a bit of waste of space” and the “washroom was a bit small”. The views from the room were “exceptional” and the quality of the bed was said to be “good”. The “new renovated” restaurant is nice. Guests seem to have enjoyed breakfast as it had “full of different varieties”, and the food was “quite delicious”. Overall, guests seemed to have enjoyed staying at the property as they had a “good stay”.

The “great” location of the Emporium Suites by Chatrium was convenient to guests who stayed at the property as there was “easy access” for shopping, restaurants and the BTS. The staff at the hotel was “polite and helpful” while the service was said to be quite “excellent; however one guest did rate the staff to be “poor”. The “big” “spacious” rooms were said to be “very clean” and “comfortable”, while some guests commented that the bathroom was comfortable as it included a bathtub, but another guest commented that they looked a “bit tired and in need of updating”. Food was “good”, however one guest was surprised that the food was “sub standard” for the property, as Chatrium “are always the best”. Overall, the “nice” hotel had “great facilities” and “nice staff”, and most guests ended their comments by stating that they would visit the property again.
