Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has been viewed by most guests as not conveniently placed based on distance to transport services, shopping centres and eateries. However, many have stated that the property is placed on a scenic location and is within walking distance to the river and other places of interest. The rooms have been mentioned as being adequate, clean and tidy with a few visitors reporting instances of insufficient room space and size of bed being too small. In-house food including the restaurant and concierge service has been commended by majority of guests. Staff members have been seen as friendly and helpful with a few complaints on rude behavior and lack of proper customer service. Overall, the hotel has been viewed as a good place to stay even though it’s not new with sufficient amenities, handy bar, functional gym and swimming pool along with free shuttle service to Orchard Street.
