Chatirum Residence Sathon Bangkok is a “short taxi ride” from all tourist attractions which most guests seemed to love. The staff at the hotel were “friendly and helpful”, “efficient”. The staff was praised for being “well trained and very proficient in English” while “smiling all the time”. The breakfast at the property was said to be “fantastic” and “satisfying”. The restaurant was said to have a “nice setting”. The rooms at the property are “massive”, with “very comfortable rooms” with facilities. Overall, guests who stayed here commented that the hotel was “extremely nice” and the “decor and furniture throughout the entire place was very upmarket stuff, very very posh”. The hotel was said to be a “great place to stay” according to most guests as it is located “near city”

Guests who stayed at Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok thought that the location of the hotel was rather convenient and that it was indeed a “great choice” for a hotel. The “great” hotel staff was commended on being “very helpful” and “very nice. The staff were also said to show “great hospitality” as they were “very friendly”. With regards to rooms, one guest did say that the rooms at the property were “not new”, although some guests thought that the rooms were “nice and big” and “great”. Food at the restaurant, especially the breakfast was “nice” and “great” as there was “ a lot of choice”, and it was said to be “yummy”. One guest made a particular mention of the room service food being “tasty and good value”. One guest even went so far as to state that there was “nothing” bad about their experience while staying at the hotel and it was just “fantastic”.
