Guests who stayed at Shinagawa Beach described the resort as “pure bliss” with a “great location between Colombo and Galle”. Guests who stayed here stated that the hotel was “very quiet and relaxing”. Staff at the property were said to be “so friendly”, “attentive”, “wonderful”. “very kind and helpful”. The hospitality received at the property were said to be “good”, as the staff were “truly remarkable” offering “absolute 5 star service”. The quality of food served at the restaurant was stated to be “excellent”. Particular mention was made about the “breakfast buffet” which included a “good selection” of local and western food.
