The property of Velassar Maldives as stated by those who have visited is located on a “very clean & well maintained” territory. The rooms at the Velassaru Maldives had been considered to be “first class”, spacious, charming & cozy. The food available at the property too had been considered “wonderful”, nice, tasty & good with the restaurants having served good dishes. The staff too had been viewed by a majority of guests as been “amazing”, friendly, genuine & hospitable. Some visitors had expressed their disappointment with the lack of wildlife and the state of the house reef.
Visitors had also mentioned their concern regarding the “rubbish island” of Thilafushi which was visible from the property. Guests had also mentioned the bungalows offer high privacy and the best of amenities. The security offered by the Velassaru Maldives was also commended by guess who had stayed there.
