In terms of the service provided at Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila, guests have at times been pleased while others have not appreciated what was on offer. Rooms are mentioned as being nice, spacious and excellent to live in, especially if one was on a staycation. The location of the property has been commended owing to the many shopping outlets nearby. Visitors have described the hotel as being a relaxing and chilled-out experience. Some of the facilities such as the restaurant and gym have been the subject of a positive reaction. The check in/check out was said to be hassle free. Some are of the opinion that the property is ideal for hosting weddings. The cleanliness of the hotel has found favour amongst a majority of visitors.

Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila is said by guests to be well located in the BGC nearby to many restaurants. Rooms are described as being new, functional, luxurious and clean, while being well-equipped with amenities such as a living room area, dining table, and spacious kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave oven; and a washing machine. Guests with kids have really appreciated the kiddie play room. Pool is said to be big enough, clean and heated. Breakfast is generally described as being delicious, with plenty of choices. Dinner on the other hand, is said by guests to be disappointing. Gym is said to be fully equipped. When it comes to service, staff is said to be very friendly. Checking in is said to be ‘a breeze’. However visitors say that the service staff didn’t seem to quite know what they are doing.
