General feedback obtained on the Ascott Heng Shan Shanghai does not appear very favorable as most guests are of the view that the facilities on offer were not up to standard. Further, the state of customer service has not pleased residents. The internet facility is regarded as a plus together with the experience of making use of the property’s indoor swimming pool. The location has been spoken of well since the property is found in close proximity to a number of restaurants in the Heng Shan District. With respect to the price of a serviced apartment, views taken have not been too positive and guests believe that it is overpriced.
Guests say that Ascott Heng Shan Shanghai is situated in a good location directly in the heart of the French concession, opposite side clubs, 24 hours hotpot, and the metro station which is supposedly 50 meters away. A few guests have said that due to the location it had got very noisy during the evening. Rooms and suites are described as being well-furnished, spacious with luxurious amenities such as a fine well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom facilities and floor heating. Guests say that the indoor swimming pool was nice and warm with a Jacuzzi on the sides. Wifi is said to be good. Breakfast is said to be adequate but a few had said the quality was poor. When it comes to service, staff at Ascott Heng Shan Shanghai are described as being friendly and welcoming but also at time capable of being rude.
