Guests had commented on the staff of Australis Sovereign Hotel as being friendly and helpful while some were of the view that the front office staff had not attended to their duties as expected. The apartments and in particular the attached balcony has been spoken of well. Facilities such as the restaurant, pool area and spa facilities had received positive feedback. Overall the location of the hotel was considered to be satisfactory and the ocean views from the apartments had been mentioned quite frequently. Food and beverages had been commended by most guests. However it was suggested that the parking facilities be improved.
