Previous visitors of Citadines D’Pulze Cyberjaya have remarked that the apartment complex was located conveniently next to a shopping complex and the Cyberjaya bus terminal. The apartments are said to be spacious, cosy and clean. However, a few have commented that the housekeeping was not consistent. Guests say that the apartments were well furnished with amenities such as a DVD player, kitchenette with a complete set of utensils (Ex: microwave oven, electric stoves, pots, plates, cups etc...). Air conditioning is reported to be not working properly at times. Guests say that the rooftop swimming pool had an excellence view over Cyberjaya. There is said to be a variety of breakfast options, however, guests say that the quality was really not up to the mark. When it comes to the service offered at Citadines D’Pulze Cyberjaya, visitors say the staff was eager to please, very quick and helpful.
