This hotel is favoured among many travelers given the “large, clean and spacious rooms” which are well facilitated. The staff has been viewed as “very friendly” and guests have mentioned that they “did their best to accommodate all our needs including late checkout” and their fluency in English seems to have heightened the appreciation of many guests. Guests have been happy with the overall services.
Citadines Intime City Hangzhou is considered by its former guests as a place that owns a convenient location as it is situated near a shopping mall that presents a huge variety of cafés and restaurants.
