The Citadines Rasuna Jakarta have been highly commended by its previous guests for having a “fab” location as “ just beside the property you have a medical facility, lots of restaurants, a very big Shopping mart as well as an Indian grocery shop and to make life easier 7-Eleven store is on the property”. When it comes to describing the rooms, guests say that they were “spacious and comfortable” with a “nice kitchen” and “excellent free WiFi connection in every room”. Some say that they were displeased at the key cards not working properly “most of the time”. In terms of hotel facilities, visitors say that the “breakfast was good every day” and the hotel had a “nice big gym and a swimming pool on the floor no 21”. However, a few had said that “breakfast is overall basic” and “limited”. In regard to the service offered at Citadines Rasuna Jakarta, guests say that they really “cherished” the “friendliness of staff”.
