Those who had chosen Citadines South Chengdu for accommodation have said that the apartment hotel was located conveniently close to the Tianfu park (Hi Tech area) and the Global Center shopping mall. Guests say that the Metro station was within just “3 mins walk”. When it comes to describing the accommodation, guests say that the “huge” rooms presented “excellent ambience”, “wonderful cleanliness” and were furnished with a big “lounge/kitchen area, and fantastic views out of the window.” However, a few had said that the “common wall of bedrooms with next guest room aren't sound-proof”. Visitors on describing the facilities had said that the hotel had “a great wave machine and gym”. While some say that the pool was “lovely” others have said that it was “very high in bleach”. Guests have said that the “breakfast would have been better if there was more to choose.” Service wise, the staff at Citadines South Chengdu is said to be friendly and efficient.
