Though being an economical option, guests were quite critical of the facilities, particularly those concerning the rooms of Country Comfort Armidale. The staff has received both positive and negative feedback. A majority of reviews kept stressing on the fact that the cleanliness of the motel was average and required an improvement. Food and beverage has been at the centre of much praise with some guests of the view that the food provided was tasty and up to their expectations. Some have commented that the motel is a good option for an overnight stay. However overall guests have been quite disappointed with the level of service.
