Oaks Festival Towers was said to be located at a “convenient”, “great” location, with a “quick walk” to Southbank. Located in “CBD”, guests commented that it was “handy to everything” and was “excellent” being close to the “city centre”, “river and convention centre”, “Queen Street Mall” and many restaurants. The apartments were said to be “pretty damn nice” with a “good layout”, “clean”, and “well setup” with “everything necessary”. The rooms were said to have a “great little kitchen and balcony” and was overall said to be a “neat apartment for an excellent price”. Staff at the property were said to be “super helpful”, “friendly” and “efficient” and were said to be doing a “great job”. The pool and spa were described as “lovely”. Guests also “appreciated” the high level of security offered here.

Oaks Festival Towers has been described by its previous guests as to be a hotel that has an “awesome location”. According to guests it is “conveniently located in Brisbane's CBD” within “walking distance to the Treasury Casino, major retail shops, supermarkets, and botanical gardens”.
The rooms at the hotel are said to be “large” and “clean” with “a lovely outdoor balcony area to sit at or just enjoy the view & sunshine”, a “kitchen, lounge, dining, washing machine & dryer”. The check in is said to be “a breeze” and guests say that they enjoyed “the spa/Jacuzzi” and much appreciated the “gym”, “secure paid parking” and the “nice pool area”.
While some visitors had reported that the reception staff is said to be a bit "rude" at times, a majority have agreed that the staff at Oaks Festival Towers were “always friendly & accommodating”

Many guests who have stayed at the Oaks Festival Towers feel that the location was one of the selling points of the property. A majority of the reviews highlight the fact that guests had been pleased with the state of the rooms. However one of the negatives that were pointed out was that the staff did not appear to be welcoming. There have also been complaints with regards to the elevators and internet. Some are of the view that the property is a good choice of accommodation for those visiting Brisbane. Guests were also not too pleased with the parking facilities provided.
