The property of Sheraton Bali Kuta as stated by those who have visited has been viewed to be located “beside the mall and many dining and bar options available”. A majority of guests had found staff at the hotel to be friendly. The rooms were found to be very nice, spacious & comfortable along with good beds, balcony & big bathrooms. The breakfast served at the property was thought to be “good”. The pool was seen to be not all that big although it was cited as been “never busy”. Most visitors had cited that the “spa was very good” with ideal packages and “not expensive”. The lobby lounge was found to be one which could be used to get a good view of the sunset. As stated by a majority by those who have visited, the property was found to be the “best and beautiful place along with wonderful & positive environment”.

The rooms were thought to be “lovely & spacious, “spacious & very clean” with “big bath tub & standing shower and “little imperfection”.
