Most of the in-room amenities at Sundowner Gardenia Motor Inn Bass Hill ranging from the bed, shower and TV were the subject of much praise. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant has received good and positive comments. Some reviews have pointed out that the management went out of their way to see to the needs of the guests such as providing room upgrades. Overall the service has been commended but the price of Wi-Fi has been criticized as being too high. The cleanliness of the rooms has been pointed out though some guests have stated that rooms require refurbishing.
