Set in what has been described simultaneously as the “lovely area of Nusa Dua” and a place with “gated security entrances and lack of atmosphere”, the resort has been reported to be “breathtaking” with “beautiful gardens” and “stunning lagoon style swimming pools”.

Most guests have commented positively on the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, with a few having reported their rooms to have been “a bit moldy” with “old interiors”. The staff has been observed to provide “excellent service” with “genuine Balinese charm”.

Guests have reported there to be a “wide choice of buffet style food” on offer, with the majority citing that breakfast was “excellent” and a “rich offer”. Some however, have commented that “it would be great if there are more varieties” and that the resort was “very expensive for food and drinks”. It has been reported that the tennis court is “excellent” and that there is a free shuttle to the Bali Collection which is a cluster of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The property of The Laguna Resort & Spa, Bali as stated by those who have visited is a resort “with a huge lobby” and a great view welcoming visitors to the hotel. The rooms had been considered to be comfortable although it was cited as been a “long walk from the lobby” but had consisted of comfortable beds, and “stunning views” from the balcony. The swimming pool was reported to have been “large”. There were a few visitors who had encountered unfortunate experiences with the front desk staff as to the room bookings although most others had mentioned that the staff were friendly, “super polite” and helpful. The breakfast served at the property were cited as been those “to die for” with a wide range of quality & delicious food on offer. Most visitors had expressed their satisfaction with regards to the shuttle service offered to the Bali Collection Mall.

As stated by those who have visited the property, The Laguna Bali is situated in a “great location” “in the gated enclave of Nusa Dua”. The staff had been considered friendly, fast, and more than happy to assist at any time. The rooms had been viewed as large, spacious, clean, modern and bright with air conditioning along with spacious bathrooms replete with toiletries. Visitors had also mentioned that “there’s so much of choice” for breakfast making it “hard deciding what to have”. The bar had been found “outstanding”. Although most visitors stated that the hotel is “clean & pleasant” some have thought that the property is somewhat old and showing signs of age.  Some who had visited stated that the restaurants prices are low and so is the standard of the food. A majority of visitors had complimented the grounds of the garden stating that it had “beautifully manicured tropical gardens”.

Most of the guests who have stayed at this hotel have commented that it in indeed a beautiful facility with spacious and well appointed rooms. The amenities and complimentary facilities provided are highly appreciated by many guests too. Pool area is mentioned several times as being exceptional as well as the private beach. The food that the hotel serves along with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff are also among the appreciated features of the hotel.
