Previous guests of Citadines Mercer Hong Kong have stated that the “hotel is a good, affordable option if you want to explore Central and SoHo areas”. It is said to be “located at the corner of Jervois St and Mercer St, it is about 5 minutes walking distance from Sheung Wan MTR station. When it comes to describing the accommodation, guests have said that the rooms were ‘huge, fresh, clean and very comfortable” with amenities well thought of as there was ‘a mobile phone that you can bring with you when going around the city, and it has some pre-loaded information about the attractions and restaurants” as well as a “free” minibar. However, a few had commented saying the bathrooms were “poorly designed” as “the washbasin and shower set too low”. Breakfast is said to be “small” but “very good buffet with plenty of choices”. Visitors say that though they enjoyed the hotel gym and swimming pool both had been small. Upon describing the service at Citadines Mercer Hong Kong, guests say that the staff was “very friendly throughout” their stay.
